Earth Retaining Structures
With the increase in land prices in Southern California, it has become more and more important to maximize land use on terrain challenged sites. LGC Geotechnical can design earth retaining structures where traditional retaining walls cannot be constructed, or provide designs for alternate methods of retaining to meet a projects aesthetic need. Our engineers have designed numerous "Mechanically Stabilized Earthen" walls, soil nail walls, caisson walls, and tie-back wall systems.
